A quest

Inspiration - it is this I seek, no more;
for who could seek a thing he’s never known before
and seeking, yet believe that in this wondrous thing
which to one’s thoughts and labours perfection will bring
there lies some flaw, unknown, unseen, which will when found
by those who lift their eyes above the daily round
leave within a sense of dissatisfaction?
For if it is beyond the experience of all
save those who’ve found, how can one - I - seek for more?
